Everyone goes through a strange situation when you have to pretend that you are normal even though you are deeply hurt or worried or afraid about known or sometimes unknown things. I feel it is the most challenging part of our life, especially when we are carrying job responsibilities we cannot look sad from the outside, the laugh that comes out in such situations is an example of how great actors we are, we all certainly deserve an oscar. The real emotion somehow finds its way through our expressions which is usually noticed by those who are really close to us. One of the worst parts according to me is attending ceremonies when we are going through such a mood, it becomes more annoying when we see everyone happy and enjoying and they expect the same emotion from us.
What is required in this situation is to keep yourself away from those who are unaware of your mood and keep yourself isolated as early as possible, Spending time with your close ones and talking out about how you are feeling with them really reduces the burden. Taking a deep sleep or spending time watching favorite shows on the internet in your private space would be advisable.
